The International Society for Neglected Tropical Diseases ISNTD Coinfections congress rings together experts in NTDs, other diseases and associated conditions of poverty - including HIV/AIDS, TB and malaria - who will be addressing the latest developments in these fields and their impact on NTD control with a view to effectively impacting poverty and development in the long-run.

The last ISNTD Coninfections was held at the Institute of Child Held in London, United Kingdom on  the 29th April 2016.

At this event, the project 1.7 lead by Temmy Sunyoto presented a poster from the first manuscript of Visceral Leishmaniasis in Somalia. Temmy's project is aimed to document the availability of care for leishmaniasis in Africa and explore novel ways of enhancing such care.
